Our Residency
Welcome! The Montessori Residency of Chicago (MRC) offers high fidelity, quality Montessori Teacher Training at the Primary (3-6), Lower Elementary (6-9) and Upper Elementary (9-12) Levels.
MRC also offers summer workshops for teachers at all experience levels - to strengthen their practice and build collaboration relationships and connections with fellow Montessorians from around the Chicago-land area
What We Do
The goal of MRC is to develop and retain high-quality Montessori teachers who foster students' whole development, helping them to reach their greatest potential.
Upon completion of your Montessori training & exams, graduates will obtain a MACTE diploma. MRC is currently in the process of pursuing AMS affiliation.

MRC is an initiative of Montessori School of Englewood (MSE), hosted by Intercultural Montessori School in the West Loop. MSE
is
a Chicago public charter school, and its parent organization, The Montessori Network, a 501(3)c not-for profit-organization approved by the State of Illinois.
